Common questions
How much does a kitchen remodel cost?
It depends on the size of the kitchen, whether the layout, plumbing or electrical move, and the cabinets, countertops and tile you choose. After a free site visit we give you a written, line-by-line proposal with the price, schedule and payment milestones, so you know the cost before any work starts.
What happens if you find a problem behind the walls?
We stop, show you what we found and write it up as a change order before any extra work begins. No surprise bills and no verbal add-ons, and any allowance you don’t use is credited back to you.
Do you handle permits, plumbing and electrical?
Plumbing and electrical work is done by licensed tradespeople. We’ll tell you during the consultation whether your project needs a permit, and your proposal shows how permits are handled.
Do you work in condos and HOA buildings?
Yes. We follow your HOA’s rules for work hours and common areas, protect floors and hallways, and clean up every day. For upper-floor units we can install acoustic underlayment to cut noise to the unit below.
What warranty do you offer?
A 1-year workmanship warranty: for one year from completion, we repair at no cost any defect caused by our installation, including leaks from shower waterproofing we installed. Manufacturer warranties on the products we install pass through to you.
