HV-4Questions

Common questions

How often should commercial HVAC be serviced?

Most systems should be checked at least twice a year: heating before winter and cooling before summer. We’ll suggest a schedule for your building after the walkthrough.

Is the HVAC work done by licensed technicians?

Yes. HVAC work is done by licensed tradespeople, and we’ll tell you during the walkthrough whether the work needs a permit.

Can you help when the AC isn’t cooling or there’s no heat?

Yes. Facilities maintenance covers everything from preventive maintenance to emergency repairs, including AC repair and furnace repair. Call us at (720) 581-7072.

How do payments work?

Payments are tied to finished milestones listed in your proposal, so you’re never far ahead of the work.

Is there a charge for a service call?

For repairs and service calls, we’ll tell you about any charges when you book, before anyone comes out. Planned projects and maintenance agreements start with a walkthrough and a written proposal before any work begins.
