School Office Refresh

A summer refresh for a Northwest Denver school, done while the students were out. We framed new steel-stud offices and a front counter, finished the drywall, laid carpet tile and painted bold stripes in the school’s colors, then set a new basketball hoop on the playground.

Commercial Tile · Littleton

Dog Daycare Tile

Play rooms at a Littleton dog daycare needed walls that can take paws, water and daily wash-downs. We took off the old finish, patched the walls and set a plank-tile wainscot room by room: straight, level and easy to hose clean.

Commercial · Denver Tech Center

Rooftop Screen Wall & Security Mesh

A worn rooftop screen wall, rebuilt in the middle of a Denver January. We wrapped it in a new weather barrier and fastened expanded steel security mesh over the whole wall before closing it in with new metal panels. With steel behind the panels, the wall can’t simply be cut open, which gives the building added protection against break-ins from the roof.

Commercial · North Denver

Cool Roof Coating

A bright white reflective coating for a commercial roof in North Denver, worked section by section around every rooftop unit and up onto the parapet walls. A cool roof reflects the intense Colorado sun, keeping the building below cooler and protecting the roof underneath.
