HA-4Questions

Common questions

Will the addition match my house?

Yes. We measure and photograph the house first, then match the rooflines, materials and floor levels so the addition looks like it was always there.

Can I see the addition before it’s built?

Yes. Every concept is modeled in 3D, so you can turn it, compare materials and see the light before anything is built.

Can I build an ADU on my property?

It depends on your lot and its zoning. We’ll look at your property during the consultation and tell you what’s possible.

Do you handle permits, plumbing and electrical?

Plumbing and electrical work is done by licensed tradespeople. We’ll tell you during the consultation whether your project needs a permit, and your proposal shows how permits are handled.

How do payments work?

Payments are tied to finished milestones listed in your proposal, so you’re never far ahead of the work.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. We walk the space with you, listen to what you want and measure everything, and the consultation costs nothing.
