EM-4Questions

Common questions

Is the electrical work done by licensed electricians?

Yes. Electrical work is done by licensed electricians, and we’ll tell you during the walkthrough whether a repair needs a permit.

Do you offer emergency electrical repairs?

Yes. Facilities maintenance covers everything from preventive maintenance to emergency repairs, like a breaker that keeps tripping or lights that won’t come on. Call us at (720) 581-7072.

Why does my breaker or GFCI keep tripping?

Usually an overloaded circuit, a faulty device or moisture. A licensed electrician traces the cause before replacing anything, so it doesn’t keep happening.

What happens if you find a problem behind the walls?

We stop, show you what we found and write it up as a change order before any extra work begins. No surprise bills and no verbal add-ons, and any allowance you don’t use is credited back to you.

How do payments work?

Payments are tied to finished milestones listed in your proposal, so you’re never far ahead of the work.

Is there a charge for a service call?

For repairs and service calls, we’ll tell you about any charges when you book, before anyone comes out. Planned projects and maintenance agreements start with a walkthrough and a written proposal before any work begins.
