Interior Design, Denver, CO

We plan interiors from the walls in: how rooms connect, where the light comes from, what is built in and what every surface is made of. Every plan is modeled in 3D and built by the same team that draws it.

What’s included

Interior architecture shapes the space itself; interior design finishes and furnishes it. We do both, so the walls, the light and the finishes are planned together.

Designed from the walls in

Good interiors are mostly decisions made early: where the light lands, where things are stored and how people move through the room.

Design notesInteriors
  1. Light first

We start with where daylight enters, then add electric light in layers, so every room works at noon and at night.

  2. Storage you don’t see

Built-ins are planned with the walls instead of added later, so storage reads as part of the architecture.

  3. Clearances that work

Walkways, door swings and furniture are drawn to scale, so nothing is left to guesswork on site.

  4. Materials that wear in

Solid wood, natural stone, lime plaster and durable finishes that look better with use instead of worse.

How a design comes together

  1. Free consultation

We walk the space with you, listen to what you want and measure everything. The consultation costs nothing.

  2. Measure & document

Every room is measured and drawn as it is today, so the design starts from real dimensions instead of guesses.

  3. Concept & 3D

Sketches become a 3D model you can turn, compare materials in and see the light in, before anything is built.

  4. Drawings & proposal

A clear drawing set and a written, line-by-line proposal with scope, schedule and payment milestones. Any change is agreed in writing first.

  5. Built by the same team

The team that drew it builds it, ending with a final walkthrough together and a 1-year workmanship warranty on our installation.

Common questions

Q.01

Do you design both homes and commercial spaces?

Yes. We design and build interiors for homes and for commercial spaces such as offices, studios and storefronts across the Denver area.

Q.02

What’s the difference between interior architecture and interior design?

Interior architecture deals with the space itself: walls, openings, ceilings, stairs and built-ins. Interior design deals with what fills it: finishes, lighting, fixtures and furniture. We plan both together, so they work as one.

Q.03

Can I see the design before it’s built?

Yes. Every concept is modeled in 3D, so you can turn it, compare materials and see the light before anything is built.

Q.04

Can you design it and then build it?

Yes. The same team that draws your plans builds them, so the design you approve is the one that gets built, and questions on site are answered by the people who drew it.

Q.05

Do you handle permits, plumbing and electrical?

Plumbing and electrical work is done by licensed tradespeople. We’ll tell you during the consultation whether your project needs a permit, and your proposal shows how permits are handled.

Q.06

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. We walk the space with you, listen to what you want and measure everything, and the consultation costs nothing.
