It depends on the type and size of the unit, the site and the finishes you choose. After a free site visit we give you a written, line-by-line proposal with the price, schedule and payment milestones, so you know the cost before any work starts.
Do you handle permits, plumbing and electrical?
Plumbing and electrical work is done by licensed tradespeople. We’ll tell you during the consultation whether your project needs a permit, and your proposal shows how permits are handled.
