Yes. From a sticking door to a scuffed hallway, we handle the small repairs that add up, and the bigger ones too.
Can you get a space ready between tenants?
Yes. Tenant turnover make-ready work covers patching, paint, flooring and repairs, so the space is ready for the next lease.
Can you repaint a whole office or just touch up?
Both. We touch up scuffs and repaint whole offices and common areas, like the school office we painted in the school colors.
What happens if you find a problem behind the walls?
We stop, show you what we found and write it up as a change order before any extra work begins. No surprise bills and no verbal add-ons, and any allowance you don’t use is credited back to you.
How do payments work?
Payments are tied to finished milestones listed in your proposal, so you’re never far ahead of the work.
Is there a charge for a service call?
For repairs and service calls, we’ll tell you about any charges when you book, before anyone comes out. Planned projects and maintenance agreements start with a walkthrough and a written proposal before any work begins.
