What is a cool roof coating?
A bright, reflective coating applied over a commercial roof, like the one we applied edge to edge on a North Denver building, around every rooftop unit and up onto the parapet.
Do you repair hail damage on roofs?
Yes. After a hailstorm we look the roof over, show you what we find and repair the damaged areas.
Can you rebuild a rooftop screen wall?
Yes. On a Denver Tech Center building we rebuilt a worn screen wall with a new weather barrier, expanded steel security mesh and new metal panels.
