Can you make our building ADA compliant?
We build accessibility upgrades to ADA standards and local code. Full compliance depends on the whole property, so we look at what’s there during the walkthrough and tell you exactly what the work will cover.
Can you work around our business hours?
Yes. Commercial work is planned around your operations, and the schedule is set out in your written proposal before any work begins.
Can ADA upgrades be part of a remodel or tenant improvement?

Do you handle permits, plumbing and electrical?
Plumbing and electrical work is done by licensed tradespeople. We’ll tell you during the consultation whether your project needs a permit, and your proposal shows how permits are handled.
